Job Description

Location: San Antonio, TX (clinic-based with BCBA support)

Pay: $18.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time & Part-time options available

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct, one-on-one therapy to children ages 2–18

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs

  • Collect and record data using electronic systems

  • Support skill development through engaging, play-based interactions

  • Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and ethical standards

  • Collaborate with your clinical team and participate in ongoing training
