Job Description

Location: San Antonio, TX

Salary: $75,000–$85,000/year (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time M-Thr 8:30-5:30, Friday 8:30-3:30

What You’ll Do

  • Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans

  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, PEAK, PDDBI, etc.)

  • Provide parent training with cultural sensitivity and flexibility

  • Collaborate with a full care team across settings

  • Deliver direct support when clinically appropriate
