Position Overview
As a BCBA / Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and supervision to behavior technicians while ensuring high-quality ABA services for clients and families.
You will play a key leadership role in treatment planning, staff development, family collaboration, and maintaining ethical and clinical excellence in accordance with BACB standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans

Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff

Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments

Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization

Ensure compliance with BACB standards and company policies

Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals

Support staff development through training, coaching, and leadership

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
