Position Overview

As a BCBA / Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and supervision to behavior technicians while ensuring high-quality ABA services for clients and families.

You will play a key leadership role in treatment planning, staff development, family collaboration, and maintaining ethical and clinical excellence in accordance with BACB standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff

  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments

  • Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization

  • Ensure compliance with BACB standards and company policies

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals

  • Support staff development through training, coaching, and leadership

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements
