What You’ll Do

Supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery

Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

Conduct assessments and data-driven treatment adjustments

Provide parent/caregiver training for skill generalization

Lead, mentor, and train staff while ensuring BACB compliance

Collaborate with families and professionals for best outcomes
