Job Description

Pay: $80,000.00 – $87,000.00 per year

About the Role

MTR Child & Family Services is seeking a newly certified BCBA eager to grow in a supportive and structured clinical environment. This entry-level role is designed for professionals looking to build strong clinical competencies while benefiting from mentorship, manageable caseloads, and a balanced work–life approach. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Assist with oversight and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Conduct assessments and support data-driven treatment decisions

  • Provide parent coaching and help generalize skills in the home setting

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation

  • Collaborate with families, school teams, and interdisciplinary professionals

  • Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to case discussions

Supervision & Leadership
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians/interventionists

  • Participate in staff training

  • Support adherence to BACB standards and ethical guidelines

Compensation & Benefits
  • Financial & Work Benefits  Annual salary: $80,000–$87,000
