The May Institute is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director, Adult Services. This dynamic role entails shared responsibilities across two vibrant locations: Randolph, MA and Revere, MA within our Day Habilitation programs for adults age 22+ with autism. In this leadership role, you’ll mentor clinicians, shape innovative programs, and collaborate with national experts in autism and developmental disabilities.

Lead clinical training, supervision, and staff evaluation to ensure top-tier ABA services.

Requirements

Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D).

1+ years of experience designing and implementing treatment programs.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge of CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
