Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments to drive individualized care.

  • Create clear, data-driven clinical reports to support ongoing service authorizations.

  • Train and supervise RBTs and BTs, ensuring treatment fidelity and quality.

  • Develop and update comprehensive ABA programs using evidence-based strategies.

  • Provide culturally responsive parent training tailored to each family’s needs.

  • Attend case review meetings and advocate effectively for your clients.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and billing compliance.

  • Collaborate with our clinical leadership on program evaluations and performance goals.

  • Utilize company-provided software and tools for efficient case management.

  • Provide telehealth services for clients in other states, as needed, in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism

  • Resident Living in North Carolina

  • Successful background check clearance
