Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments to drive individualized care.
-
Create clear, data-driven clinical reports to support ongoing service authorizations.

Train and supervise RBTs and BTs, ensuring treatment fidelity and quality.

Develop and update comprehensive ABA programs using evidence-based strategies.
-
Provide culturally responsive parent training tailored to each family’s needs.
-
Attend case review meetings and advocate effectively for your clients.

Maintain accurate documentation and billing compliance.
-
Collaborate with our clinical leadership on program evaluations and performance goals.

Utilize company-provided software and tools for efficient case management.

Provide telehealth services for clients in other states, as needed, in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements and company policies.
