Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician

Locations: Horry County – Little River, South Carolina

Schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM

  • Saturday 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

About the Role

Sunshine Advantage is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to help kids and make a difference.

In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with a child, helping them learn everyday skills like communicating, playing, and following routines. You’ll always have support from a supervisor (BCBA), so you’re never doing this alone.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide one-on-one support to children in their home or community

  • Follow a clear treatment plan created by your supervisor (BCBA)

  • Help teach communication, social, and everyday life skills

  • Track progress during each session

  • Follow behavior plans and learning programs

  • Communicate with your supervisor, team, and families

  • Support caregivers when appropriate

  • Complete session notes and required documentation

  • Attend trainings and team meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
