Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Tiers:
    • Newly Licensed BCBA: $85,000 annually
    • Experienced BCBA: $90,000 – $95,000 annually (dependent on total experience)
    • Senior Leadership Track (Seasoned BCBA): $95,000 – $105,000 annually for growth-driven candidates seeking senior leadership opportunities
  • Incentive Bonus Potential: Performance-based and growth-driven incentive compensation plans available

Position Summary

The BCBA plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services at our Mesa Center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Growth-driven BCBAs stepping into the senior leadership tier will also collaborate on clinical workflows and team mentorship.

Note: Our commitment to quality means your BCBA caseload is capped at no more than 12 clients at a time—approximately half of the industry standard. Pre-Certified and newly licensed BCBAs are strongly encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessment: Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on detailed assessment results.
  • Supervision & Training: Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and team members, fostering a successful and supportive environment.
  • Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate client progress diligently through continuous data collection and analysis.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.
  • Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided in accordance with BACB and state guidelines.
  • Professional Development & Leadership: Participate in ongoing professional development; seasoned candidates will take on mentorship roles and drive clinical leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Pre-Certified and newly licensed BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
  • Licensure: Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status (or immediate eligibility).
  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Open to newly licensed BCBAs up to experienced/seasoned clinicians. Candidates applying for the Senior Leadership tier ($95k–$105k) should possess demonstrated clinical leadership experience and a growth mindset.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency in data collection platforms and EHR systems.
