Pay: $80,000.00 – $87,000.00 per year

MTR Child & Family Services is seeking a newly certified BCBA eager to grow in a supportive and structured clinical environment. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities

Assist with oversight and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans

Conduct assessments and support data-driven treatment decisions
-
Provide parent coaching and help generalize skills in the home setting

Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation
-
Collaborate with families, school teams, and interdisciplinary professionals
-
Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to case discussions
Supervision & Leadership

Supervise and mentor behavior technicians/interventionists
-
Participate in staff training
-
Support adherence to BACB standards and ethical guidelines
