Job Description

Reliatus Behavioral Health, a premier recruiting partner for leading ABA organizations, is seeking a high-performing and dedicated BCBA to join our client’s team serving families throughout Central and Southern Maryland.

Our client is a community-focused organization dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized ABA therapy where it matters most: in the home and local community. They prioritize a collaborative “whole-family” approach, ensuring that therapy is both clinically rigorous and deeply respectful of each family’s unique needs. If you are a self-motivated clinician who values flexibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact on a client’s natural environment, this is the ideal role for you.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Financial Security: Exceptional earning potential exceeding $100,000 annually, reflecting our client’s commitment to rewarding top-tier clinical expertise.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive package including Group Health, Vision, and Dental insurance, plus Life Insurance for peace of mind.
  • Time Off & Flexibility: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and highly flexible working hours, including the possibility of virtual supervision and family training.
  • Professional Development: Access to paid internal training and reimbursement for external training to ensure you stay at the forefront of the field.

Position Summary

As a BCBA in this home-based program, you are the architect of progress. You will design and oversee personalized ABA programs that bridge the gap between clinical theory and real-world application. This role offers the unique autonomy of managing cases in home, community, and virtual settings, supported by a team that values your professional judgment and commitment to ethical care.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight & Strategy

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate highly individualized treatment plans.
  • Design and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) across home, community, and virtual settings.
  • Review session notes and data recorded by Behavior Technicians (BTs) to monitor client progress and ensure technician proficiency.

Family & Team Collaboration

  • Deliver impactful parent training and cultivate professional, positive relationships with families.
  • Provide on-site supervision as necessary to ensure treatment integrity and efficient clinical progress.
  • Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for every child.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as a BCBA.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Licensure: Valid Maryland State License (LBA) and a valid driver’s license are required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is preferred.
