Job Description
Supervising BCBA- $5,000 bonus!
Advance Kids is growing, hiring like crazy, and serious about bringing you along! Take the reins as one of our leaders as a supervising BCBA, mentoring a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in our clinic for youngsters in Natomas, and creating individualized programs. If you qualify and are out of the area, we can also help with moving expenses and even lease deposits to have you work for us.

Supervising BCBA Duties
- Supervise RBT’s, Behavior Consultants, and BCBA’s
- Oversee clients
- Parent training
- Review reports
- Conduct and participate in meetings
- Conduct competencies
- Provide mentoring to other BCBA’s
- Other duties as assigned
You need a minimum of two years experience in a related field, and case experience with children with ASD or other development disabilities. You also need: the ability to run, stand, sit, stoop, crawl, kneel, reach, push, and lift a child weighing 50 pounds; normal visual, vocal & hearing acuity; and the ability to drive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $83,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
