Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children achieve their communication goals in a supportive and engaging environment. As an SLP at ABA Solutions, you will work closely with families and other professionals to provide individualized care that supports each child’s unique needs.
Responsibilities:
– Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children.
– Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapy techniques.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.
– Utilize a play-based, naturalistic approach to therapy that engages children in a positive learning environment.
– Provide education and support to families, ensuring they are involved and informed in their child’s progress.
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
– Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
– Valid state licensure through the Arizona Department of Health Services.
– Experience working with children.
– Competency in the implementation of evidence-based therapy techniques.
– Must have reliable transportation.
– CPR and First Aid Certification.
– Fingerprint Clearance: Must successfully pass a criminal background check for the purpose of obtaining a DPS Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card. If currently on probation, DPS may deny Class 1 Clearance, which may result in termination of employment upon verification of denial from DPS.
– Must have the ability to lift and carry clients and maintain a variety of postures, including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time. The candidate must also have the ability to move quickly to ensure client safety.
**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:**
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM.
**Work Authorization/Security Clearance:**
– Must pass a criminal history background check and drug screening.

Job Types & Compensation:
– Full-time: starting at $80,000 annually plus a $10,000 annual bonus.
