Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Implement ABA strategies to teach social, communication, and daily living skills.

Collect accurate data to track client progress and support treatment planning.

Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
