Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Implement ABA strategies to teach social, communication, and daily living skills.

  • Collect accurate data to track client progress and support treatment planning.

  • Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care.

  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
