About the Role
Behavior Technician Responsibilities Under Direct Supervision of BCBA/BCaBA:
-
Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the BCBA/BCaBA.

Train and support clients and their families as they acquire, develop, and maintain socially acceptable functional behaviors that will enrich and increase their quality of life.

Collect unbiased and accurate data

Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff.

Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and their families.

Assist with carrying out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.

Attend weekly clinical supervision meetings.

Maintain required documentation, prepare, and complete reports as required.

Maintain strict confidentiality.

Be present and participate in all staff trainings
-
Communicate effectively with supervising BCBA/BCaBA

Requirements
-
RBT Certification (or enrolled/planning to enroll and complete certification)

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a behavioral health or related field (preferred but not required).

Maintain reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
-
Additional certification may be required.

Relevant experience preferred.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.
About the Company
Therapeutic Foundations is a well-established company providing compassion-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to members of our Volusia and Flagler communities since 2003. We are looking to hire full and/or part-time, focused, dedicated, and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. RBTs are an integral part of our clinical team consisting of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts. RBTs work collaboratively within the clinical team to implement empirically based treatment plans to improve the quality of life of our clients and their families. Our ideal candidate is insightful, observant, and has the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
