We are seeking a motivated and driven Clinical Supervisor-in-Training (BCBA Candidate) to join our partner clinic in Central Phoenix, AZ. Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Support: Assist BCBAs with functional behavior assessments (FBA), treatment planning, and data analysis
  • Direct Intervention: Maintain a reduced RBT caseload while transitioning into supervisory responsibilities
  • Program Development: Develop skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under BCBA mentorship
  • Caregiver Collaboration: Participate in parent training sessions to promote skill generalization across environments
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Lead by example for junior RBTs and foster a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Professional Growth: Actively accrue supervised fieldwork hours while preparing to sit for the BCBA exam within 6–12 months

Qualifications Required

  • Education: Master’s degree completed in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Certification Path: Currently accruing supervised fieldwork hours and planning to sit for the BCBA exam within 6–12 months
  • Professional Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication abilities
  • Cultural Fit: Thrives in a smaller, family-oriented clinic while maintaining high professional standards
