Job Description

Job Title: Part-Time Clinical Director (BCBA / LABA)

Location: Middlesex County, Massachusetts (Hybrid / Bordering Essex County)

Pay/Benefits: $100.00 per hour (1099 Independent Contractor Retainer / Tiered Scale)

About the opportunity

House of Creativity & Celebration LLC (HOCC LLC) is expanding its Education and Behavioral Services footprint.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, autonomous Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into a ground-floor opportunity as a Part-Time Clinical Director launching in Mid-July 2026. This role is designed as a highly collaborative, independent consulting position. You will lead the clinical architecture and framework setup as we onboard brand-new school and insurance referrals, ensuring a seamless, clean launch without the stress or messy transitions of legacy caseload data.

Our corporate NPI application is currently in its final processing stages, and we are finalizing our core leadership team now to ensure operational readiness the moment clinical approval clears.

Job duties & project scope

Administrative baseline: A guaranteed baseline retainer of 8 hours per week dedicated to initial clinical program setup, intake packet reviews, staff training design, and insurance paneling assistance.

Tiered growth scale: Contractual freedom to automatically scale hours up past the baseline (by 2.5 hours per week per active client, capped at 20 hours) as you accept new client referrals.

Clinical oversight: Direct, synchronous clinical supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across a flexible 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM care window.

Documentation & plans: Conducting comprehensive initial assessments, designing evidence-based treatment plans, and maintaining precise, HIPAA-compliant documentation aligned with the BACB Ethics Code.

No direct care: The position is strictly limited to clinical consultation, supervision, and parent training; no direct 1:1 behavioral treatment hours are required.
