What the Work Looks Like

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)

Develop and oversee behavior support plans

Analyze behavioral data and adjust strategies

Provide training and coaching to residential staff

Partner with operations and clinical leadership across programs

Visit homes and program sites to support implementation
This clinician will primarily support programs in the Mount Pocono / Stroudsburg region, helping minimize travel while still collaborating across nearby programs when needed.

Requirements
