We’re hiring a licensed clinician in Pennsylvania to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex behavioral needs. This role is hands-on and collaborative — working directly with residential teams to create practical behavioral strategies that improve quality of life.

What the Work Looks Like
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)

  • Develop and oversee behavior support plans

  • Provide training and coaching to residential staff

  • Partner with operations and clinical leadership across programs

  • Visit homes and program sites to support implementation

This clinician will primarily support programs in the Mount Pocono / Stroudsburg region, helping minimize travel while still collaborating across nearby programs when needed.

Requirements

The Background That Works Best

  • Licensed clinician with a master’s degree and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
