Job Description

The Lead BCBA is an exempt leadership role responsible for the clinical case management and quality of all client programs within the center. This position works collaboratively with the Area Director to ensure all clinical staff are well-trained and supported so that clients and their families receive the highest quality treatment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise cases and assist in case assignments in person or telehealth. Small caseloads leaving adequate time for administrative/management duties.
- Oversee the implementation of therapy programs to ensure best clinical practices are being implemented.
- Work side by side with other Area Clinical Directors, making sure clinical standards are upheld.
- Work with area directors to assist with growth and case assignments.
- Provide direct clinical services to clients and maintain appropriate caseload to facilitate overall clinic growth and staff morale/welfare.
- Mentor and manage clinical staff to ensure confidence, performance, quality, productivity, and morale.
- Proactively review scheduled BCBA and RBT hours, address concerns/conflicts, and ensure billed hours
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay structures with bonuses included–$90,000-$100,000. Range varies based on experience.

Requirements
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Management experience preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to make quick decisions for the benefit of the company
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
