Center-based Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Matthews, NC

Signing Bonus – $10,000

Center, Remote or Hybrid

Starting pay is $85,500  based on experience, and if remote or hybrid

Uncapped MONTHLY bonus program based on service delivery hours!

The Board Certified Behavioral Analyst develops behavioral plans and provides behavioral therapy, and other therapeutic services to program participants.

BCBA Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the individuals we serve and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document a range of behavior challenges.

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments.

  • Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans.

  • Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual we serve improve.

  • Use training and creativity to explore ways to handle challenging problems for our individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community.

  • Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

  • BCBA Certification required.

  • NC Behavior Analyst Licensed required.

  • Experience with behavior analysis within an applied setting preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
