Requirements

• Active BCBA Certification (Required)

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Experience working with individuals with special needs (5+ years preferred)

• A detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate professional with a growth mindset

• A team player who’s ready to lead by example and help others succeed
