Job Description
We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide overall behavioral supports to clients and staff in the Adult Crisis Homes and larger DDDS community as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
-
Provide documentation of the behavioral services provided during the designated hours
-
Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training including behavioral supports, proactive strategies, triggers, staff interventions, replacement behaviors, etc.

Maintain system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of clients served.

Maintain system for collecting program specific information including key data points.
-
Complete functional assessments annually and as needed.
-
Develop BSP’s that meet DDS standards and become involved.
-
Seek input and maintain effective communication with PCP team and supervisor.
-
Modify BSP annually as needed and create simple one-page summary of BSP.

Attend and present all BSP changes to DDS for approval as needed.

Attend all agency, departmental and client specific meetings as directed.

Attend client psychiatric appointments, intake, discharge, and IDT meetings.

Provide follow-along services for individuals discharged from the crisis homes for six months. This involves the development of behavior support plans, training, support, guidance and monitoring for parents, family, provider, or other persons associated with the individuals’ permanent home/setting.

Conduct departmental training as directed.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of DDS Community Provider standards and organization policies and procedures

Knowledge of health care privacy and confidentiality rules

Qualifications:

Masters’ degree in related field.

Valid Oklahoma BCBA license
-
Valid driver’s license.

Valid auto insurance
-
A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred but not required
-
Must be willing to flex schedule accordingly to provide services, supports, care and treatment to individuals as required and be present to provide supervision to staff
