Your Role in This Journey
We are looking for an engaging, dedicated BCBA who is passionate about making a meaningful impact. In this role, you will design individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide supervision to behavior technicians within a supportive, team-driven environment.
Our structure is intentionally designed to support quality over quantity. BCBAs maintain a caseload of approximately 6–8 clients with a 25-hour weekly billing expectation, allowing the time needed for thoughtful supervision, collaboration with families, and clinically sound decision-making.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians through both direct and indirect oversight

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with families and caregivers

Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation in alignment with best practices

Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field

Requirements

Nebraska License of Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred, but we encourage all qualified candidates to apply.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
