Overview

Our company is seeking a BCBA to join its growing team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality ABA services while maintaining flexibility, professional development, and strong clinical support.

Position Summary

The BCBA will oversee ABA treatment programs for children with autism, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to drive meaningful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Provide parent training and caregiver support

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification

  • North Carolina licensure (or ability to obtain)

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Experience providing ABA services to children with ASD

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
