Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children in various settings. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to support clients with behavioral challenges, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavioral interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Stay updated on best practices in behavioral therapy and special education.
Experience
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Licensure in the State of Connecticut or ability to obtain licensure.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioral health challenges.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Familiarity with special education frameworks and strategies.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic evaluation processes related to behavioral health.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,773.00 – $92,582.00 per year
