Annual Salary: $90,000 – $100,000

Position Summary
The BCBA is responsible for designing, developing, and monitoring effective, evidence-based ABA treatment programs for children on the Autism Spectrum. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight, manage individualized treatment plans, and supervise a dedicated team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who handle the direct, in-clinic care at your designated location. You will work from a collaborative, client-focused mindset, partnering closely with families, interdisciplinary providers, and community resources to maximize behavioral, social, and communication outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services & Program Management

Provide comprehensive ABA program management tailored to children and youth with autism spectrum disorders.

Conduct initial clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations to track progress.

Develop, implement, and modify individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans based on data-driven insights.
Supervision & Mentorship

Supervise, train, and coach Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-fidelity treatment implementation.

Provide ongoing, supportive feedback and clinical mentorship to your direct care team.
Collaboration & Family Support

Facilitate regular parent training sessions and empower families with tools to support their child’s development.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), local schools, and community partners.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Certifications & Licensure
-
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.

Current Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the state of Arizona.

Completion of (or immediate willingness to complete) the 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training.
Experience & Skills

Minimum of 1 year of supervised BCBA experience preferred.

Proven ability to independently administer assessments and design robust treatment plans.

Strong critical thinking, analytical, and data-tracking skills.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a team-oriented, collaborative approach.
Background & Safety Clearances
-
Must possess or be able to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
-
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
-
Relocation: Must reside in or relocate to the Phoenix metro area prior to your start date.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to kneel, squat, stand, sit on the floor, and transition quickly between positions to ensure client safety.
