We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are an expanding agency that provides quality ABA services to Arizona families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. They will also have clinical expertise which will provider leadership around the agency’s ABA program. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients in various settings, and providing leadership to the ABA program. The BCBA will collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care and support for each individual. The clinical director will also collaborate with agency leadership for optimal ABA therapy goals and progress.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement evidence-based interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles.

Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care for clients.

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Conduct diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment planning and service delivery.

Advocate for clients’ needs within educational and community settings.

Provide leadership to the BCBA trainees.

Support hiring of potential staff and training.

Provide quality assurance and performance evaluations of ABA program staff.

Requirements

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required and must be Arizona-licensed as a Licensed Behavioral Analyst.

Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is essential.

Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and special education principles.

Proficiency in data collection methods and patient care practices.

Familiarity with medical records management is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
