Position Overview:
Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Naperville, Illinois (and surrounding suburbs)
Employment Type: Full-time /Hybrid (In-person client visits required 1-2 days/week)
Flexible Hours: Create a schedule that works for you!
Patient Demographics: Adolescents and Children
Expected Hours: 32-40 hours per week (billable/nonbillable)
Must be willing to work at least 3 days a week during afterschool hours (3pm-7pm)
Pay: Starting from $83,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
As a BCBA with Autism Support Chicago, you will:

Implement high-quality ABA programs in 1:1 therapy sessions at home, in school, and within the community.

Collect and analyze comprehensive data for each child’s progress.

Collaborate with therapists to update and refine behavioral plans based on data-driven insights.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a compassionate approach.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and participate in ongoing training and staff meetings.

Requirements

BCBA: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification: BCBA (Required)

Other Qualifications:

Flexible thinking and problem-solving skills.

Basic childcare skills (toileting, dressing, eating, safety).

In-depth knowledge of autism and related disorders.

Ability to design effective programs and behavior plans tailored to individual needs.

Strong communication skills to effectively convey programs to therapists.

Proficiency in conducting reinforcement assessments to understand each child’s motivation.
