Job Responsibilities:
✔Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disorders.
✔Supervise and provide training to RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) to ensure high-quality therapy implementation.
✔Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote client success.
✔Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure treatment effectiveness. Maintain ethical and professional standards in compliance with BACB guidelines. Availability:
✔Day, afternoon and evenings cases.
✔Full time position 40 hours per week.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday,Weekends as needed

Requirements
✔ Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
✔ Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
✔ Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related developmental disabilities.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✔ Passion for making a meaningful difference in children’s lives!
