About the Role

We are currently on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ranks and make a profound impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
As a valued member of our team, you will:

Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and craft personalized treatment plans.

Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies rooted in applied behavior analysis principles.

Provide invaluable training and support to caregivers and fellow professionals.

Utilize your keen analytical skills to collect and analyze data, ensuring interventions are tailored and effective.

Foster collaboration within interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for our clients.

Maintain meticulous and accurate medical documentation to uphold the highest standards of care.
Benefits:
1. Referral Program: Earn bonuses through our referral program, with $500 for BCBA referrals and $250 for RBT/Behavior Tech referrals.
2. Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time employees working 30 hours or more per week enjoy 2 weeks of PTO. Unused PTO balances carry over to the following year.
3. Paid Sick Leave: 24 hours of paid sick leave per year, and any remaining balances will roll over to the following year.
4. Mandatory Training Compensation: During mandatory training sessions, all employees will receive compensation at their current billable rate.
5. 25 weekly billable hours required – Full time employees
20 hours weekly billable hours required – Part Time employees
6. BCBA supervision hours: Employees on the BCBA track who are currently enrolled in required coursework will receive the necessary supervision hours as per program requirements.

8. Small caseload size between 6-10 cases max to ensure quality treatment and a work life balance.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:

A current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Experience working with children, with a focus on those with developmental disabilities.

Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques.

A solid grasp of applied behavior analysis principles.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport with individuals, families, and caregivers.
