Position Summary:
The BCBA Therapist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized ABA therapy programs for our clients. This role involves direct client interaction, collaboration with families, and supervision of ABA therapists to ensure the delivery of effective and evidence-based treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ strengths and areas of need, developing tailored ABA therapy plans.
• Program Development: Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Therapy Implementation: Provide direct ABA therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote skill development and behavior improvement.
• Supervision and Training: Supervise and mentor ABA therapists and RBTs, ensuring proper implementation of treatment plans and fostering professional growth.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Family Collaboration: Work closely with families to provide training, support, and guidance, ensuring they are active participants in their child’s therapy.
• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing ABA therapy.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
