Job Description
Full-Time BCBA Position:
8:30am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)
The BCBA manages and oversees the delivery of ABA services to the clients and their families. The BCBA is responsible for using evidence-based assessment and treatment in their daily practice and for supervising RBTs as they assist in the implementation of the programming designed by the BCBA.
Job Responsibilities:

Implementing, writing, and completing assessments
-
Providing direct 1:1 or group ABA therapy
-
Provide training to caregivers
-
Following all BACB ethical guidelines
-
Maintaining authorization records
-
Writing, implementing, and maintaining up-to-date treatment plans, protocols, and other medical documents

Training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
-
Supervising RBTs in their daily responsibilities
-
Updating & maintaining data and graphs
-
Providing supervision (1:1 and group) to individuals seeking their BCBA
-
Maintaining a good rapport with patients and their families

Allowing RBTs to contribute to the discussion about the treatment and care of patients and their families

Maintaining Maryland Licensure and Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst

Maintaining certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Requirements

Master’s Degree
-
Up-to-date BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

Behavior Analyst Licensure (LBA) in Maryland
