Licini, Inc., ABA is looking for a passionate and skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team in Orange Park, Florida. As a BCaBA, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavior analytic services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role involves overseeing RBTs, implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating closely with families to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

– Provide direct supervision and guidance to RBTs, ensuring the fidelity of program implementation.

– Conduct assessments and collect data to monitor the effectiveness of intervention strategies.

– Train and support parents and caregivers in implementing behavior strategies.

– Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to adjust treatment plans based on data analysis and client progress.

– Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and progress notes.

– Uphold ethical standards and ensure client confidentiality in all aspects of service delivery.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

– Current BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

– At least one year of experience working in ABA therapy, preferably with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

– Strong analytical, observational, and communication skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
