The Pediatric Place is a multidisciplinary pediatric private practice clinic located southeast of Kansas City, in Clinton, MO. We are seeking to hire a BCaBA willing to join a multidisciplinary team of therapists to help build an ABA program in our new Autism Center. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

  • Record of positive performance in designing and implementing BIPs, managing and mentoring RBTs, and parent education

  • Collaboration with BCBA’s, RBT’s, OT, PT, ST, counselors and dietitians will assist the BCaBA in implementing a superior ABA program

  • BCaBA that will fit in with out-of-the-box creative therapists to build programs to address the needs of our patients (sensory-friendly haircuts, feeding program, AAC, social language groups, sensory garden, bike riding day, etc.)
