Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico
Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.

Position Overview:
North Star Behavioral Consulting is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and engaging Behavioral Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA services for a homeschooled child in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with children in a structured home environment while implementing individualized behavioral and educational goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
Schedule:

Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Approximately 15 hours per week

Start Date: Late August 2026
Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Support the client’s homeschool learning environment.

Teach communication, social, adaptive living, and academic readiness skills.

Implement behavior intervention strategies.

Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation.

Communicate effectively with the supervising BCBA and family.

Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional therapeutic environment.
