Job Description

Position Overview: Are you passionate about working with children and making a lasting difference in their lives? We are looking for empathetic and dependable individuals to join our team as Part-Time In-Home Behavioral Technicians. In this role, you’ll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is an ideal opportunity for students and recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in psychology, education, child development, or a related field.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individualized ABA therapy in clients’ homes.

  • Support children in developing communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.

  • Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

  • Accurately track progress and behavior data using electronic systems.

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.

  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and participate in team meetings and trainings.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, childcare, volunteering) is a plus.

  • Patient, compassionate, and eager to learn.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and responsibly in family homes.

  • Have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients within your area.

  • Able to pass a background check.

  • Willing to complete RBT certification (training provided if needed).
