Job Description
Position Overview: Are you passionate about working with children and making a lasting difference in their lives? We are looking for empathetic and dependable individuals to join our team as Part-Time In-Home Behavioral Technicians. In this role, you’ll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is an ideal opportunity for students and recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in psychology, education, child development, or a related field.
What You’ll Do:

Provide individualized ABA therapy in clients’ homes.

Support children in developing communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.

Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

Accurately track progress and behavior data using electronic systems.

Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.

Communicate regularly with supervisors and participate in team meetings and trainings.

Requirements
Who You Are:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.

Experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, childcare, volunteering) is a plus.

Patient, compassionate, and eager to learn.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work independently and responsibly in family homes.

Have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients within your area.

Able to pass a background check.
-
Willing to complete RBT certification (training provided if needed).
