Job Description

Join Our Team: School-Based Behavior Technicians. Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Look no further! Become a 1:1 direct support BI with us and embark on a rewarding journey! You will be collecting data, building rapport with your client, following a specific protocol designed by one of our amazing BCBAs among other things!

Requirements

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

🔸Associate’s degree / 2 years of college (required). Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)

🔸Valid driver’s license with insurance (required)

🔸Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong desire to make a difference(required) 

🔸Ability to work with diverse ages and behaviors, including aggressive and self-injurious tendencies(required)

🔸Previous experience using ABA methodologies in a school setting (preferred)

🔸Experience: Minimum 1 year in applied behavior analysis (preferred)

🔸License/Certification: RBT (preferred)
