Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated BCBA in the San Bernardino/Riverside Area (Inland Empire and Low Desert area).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision and training to supervisors, behavior therapists (In-person/ telehealth) by modeling, supporting, and training on ABA strategies.

  • Indirect supervision updating clients report, updating behavior plans, progress goals, client schedules, etc.

  • Conduct initial assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and reassessments

  • Build relationships with families and provide parent training.

  • Create and implement behavior support plans and program skill goals.

  • Progress report writing.

  • Monitor and analyze daily data collection.

  • Attend monthly clinical meetings and on-going training.

  • Ensure all billable hours are being met, along with collecting parent signatures.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Bernardino, CA 92405

Requirements

  • Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required

  • Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required

  • A minimum of 6-months experience in the field of ABA providing supervision and training to ABA therapist.

  • Experience implementing and creating individualized program goals

  • Experience implementing and creating Behavior Plans

  • Must be willing to provide in-person support (in-home and school settings).

  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

  • Ability to provide negative TB test results.

  • Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, in accordance with local laws/regulations.

  • Must have CPR (Adult/Child/Infant) & First Aid training & certification.

  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
