Job Overview 

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative, clinic-based team. The BCBA will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, working closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), therapists, and families to ensure the highest quality of care.

This role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule, guaranteed hours, and a supportive environment focused on professional growth and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and therapy staff to ensure fidelity to treatment plans

  • Monitor client progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including occupational, physical, and speech therapists

  • Provide parent/caregiver training to promote skill generalization

  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and funding requirements

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive, collaborative workplace culture

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, treatment planning, and data analysis

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Experience in a clinic-based setting preferred

  • Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth
