Reliatus Behavioral Health, a leading recruiting organization specializing in supporting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organizations in finding top talent, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) for a hybrid role based out of a clinic location in Ahwatukee, Arizona.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Signing Bonus: $1,000
  • CEUs: 1 paid CEU day (8 hours) annually
  • Licensure Support: Reimbursement for licensure and credentialing

Time Off & Schedule:

  • PTO: 80 hours of accrued PTO (rollover available)

  • Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days in-clinic, 2 days telehealth per week)
  • Schedule: Flexible scheduling | 30 billable hours | Clinics open 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

Position Summary

The Hybrid BCBA / LBA is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring effective, evidence-based ABA treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Dividing time between in-clinic services and telehealth, this role includes direct client services, clinical oversight, and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The BCBA will collaborate closely with families, interdisciplinary providers, and community partners to improve behavioral, social, and communication outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Services & Program Management

  • Provide ABA program management for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders across both in-clinic and telehealth settings.
  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.

Supervision & Training

  • Supervise, train, and coach Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Ensure fidelity of treatment implementation through ongoing feedback and support.

Collaboration & Family Support

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, schools, and other service providers.
  • Facilitate parent training and support families in accessing community resources.

  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills across in-person and telehealth modalities.
  • Knowledge of a range of evidence-based clinical approaches.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and data-tracking skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Client-focused mindset with a collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
  • Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Arizona.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of supervised BCBA experience.
  • Completion of (or willingness to complete) the 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training.
  • Ability to administer assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Must obtain and maintain:
    • Fingerprint Clearance Card
    • CPR & First Aid Certification
    • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to kneel, squat, stand, sit on the floor, and maintain various postures for extended periods during in-clinic days.
  • Ability to move quickly to ensure client safety.

Work Location & Schedule

  • Work Location: Hybrid | Ahwatukee, AZ (3 days in-clinic / 2 days telehealth per week)
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Relocation: Required prior to start date
