Work Location: Hybrid

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of clinic and/or home-based ABA experience preferred but new grads are welcome to apply.

  • Master’s Degree in ABA or related field, i.e., Special Ed., Child Psych, etc.

  • Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments (VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2, etc.)

  • Demonstrate excellent clinical competence and judgment; ability of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment and collaborate with OTs and SLPs as part of multi-disciplinary treatment plan

  • Ability to train, supervise, and provide feedback to RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services Client Observations Conducting functional behavior assessments including functional analyses

  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of clients’ behavior intervention plans *Develop and implement skills acquisition programming

  • Providing feedback and supervision to RBT’s

  • Collecting, graphing, and analyzing data

  • Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers, teachers, and community members

  • Respect for cultural diversity and ability to adapt ABA procedures to that diversity

  • Excellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented
