Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in Arizona, to join our team as the first clinical hire for our Glendale location. This role offers flexibility to provide services in-home or remotely via Telehealth and is ideal for someone who’s excited to help grow a clinic from the ground up. The position will begin part-time with a clear path to a full-time leadership role as the client base expands.

Key Responsibilities

Client Assessment & Treatment Planning:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans

  • Design evidence-based ABA programs targeting skill acquisition and behavior reduction

Supervision & Mentorship:

  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs (in-home and/or via Telehealth)

  • Monitor treatment integrity and conduct performance evaluations ​

Parent & Caregiver Collaboration:

  • Train and consult with families on ABA techniques and treatment goals

  • Adjust goals based on family feedback and ongoing client progress ​

Data Collection & Program Oversight”

  • Review data to assess progress and make informed program adjustments

  • Ensure accurate and consistent data collection by team members ​

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation, reports, and insurance-required paperwork

  • Support internal documentation processes including HR, credentialing, and assessments

Professional Standards:

  • Participate in professional development and follow all BACB ethical guidelines ​

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in the state of Arizona

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical ABA experience (in-home or telehealth)

  • Strong leadership potential with an interest in team building and mentorship

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

  • Passion for delivering individualized, high-quality care to children and families
