Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA/Clinical Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead our clinical operations, oversee service delivery, and ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care. You will work closely with families, staff, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders is preferred.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
