Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience.

Position Summary
The Clinical Director is responsible for leading center-based ABA services, overseeing both service delivery and daily center operations. You aren’t just a manager—you are a mentor and a clinical strategist. You will guide a team of BCBAs, ensure the highest standards of evidence-based care, and foster a culture of excellence where both staff and clients thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Operations
- Lead and manage the center, overseeing a team of BCBAs and collaborating closely with the Operations Manager.
- Implement and oversee innovative ABA methods, including RFT, with guidance from the Clinical Excellence team.
- Conduct tours for prospective families, effectively showcasing the client’s commitment to quality care.
Mentorship & Development
- Supervise BCBA teams to ensure treatment plans align with best practices and individualized client needs.
- Coach BCBAs on clinical and leadership skills, fostering long-term professional growth and a culture of excellence.
- Mentor team members to empower them both personally and professionally.
Collaboration & Care
- Partner with parents and caregivers to ensure sustained client progress and satisfaction.
- Represent the organization enthusiastically to employees, families, and the broader ABA community.
Qualifications
- Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of experience as an in-center BCBA.
- Leadership: Proven success in operational management and mentoring clinical team members.
- Clinical Expertise: Deep expertise in skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques.
- Soft Skills: A visionary leader with exceptional collaborative skills and a passion for servant leadership.
