Our client offers a versatile and dynamic clinical experience, providing life-changing services across home, clinic, and school settings. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about improving the quality of life for individuals with developmental and mental health needs through evidence-based, compassionate care. Whether you are a seasoned analyst or a recent graduate, you will find a supportive community dedicated to your professional success.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Growth Potential: Automatic promotion to full BCBA-1 status and the increased hourly rate upon completion of the 90-day period.
  • Work Setting: Versatile practice settings including clinic, school, and the natural home environment. Caseloads are strategically clustered within specific local territories (e.g., Tampa/Wesley Chapel or Lakeland/Riverview) to minimize travel time.

Position Summary

  • Skills: Demonstrated competence in behavior management, instructional design, and organizational leadership.
  • Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills for collaborating with families and fellow professionals.
