Position Summary
As a BCBA in this home-based program, you are the architect of progress. You will design and oversee personalized ABA programs that bridge the gap between clinical theory and real-world application. This role offers the unique autonomy of managing cases in home, community, and virtual settings, supported by a team that values your professional judgment and commitment to ethical care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate highly individualized treatment plans.
- Design and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) across home, community, and virtual settings.
- Review session notes and data recorded by Behavior Technicians (BTs) to monitor client progress and ensure technician proficiency.
Family & Team Collaboration
- Deliver impactful parent training and cultivate professional, positive relationships with families.
- Provide on-site supervision as necessary to ensure treatment integrity and efficient clinical progress.
- Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for every child.
Qualifications
- Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as a BCBA.
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Licensure: Valid Maryland State License (LBA) and a valid driver’s license are required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is preferred.
