Position Summary

As a BCBA, you will operate in a hybrid/home-based model, serving families across Montgomery County and surrounding areas. You will lead the clinical direction for your clients, utilizing modern, evidence-based assessments and providing high-touch supervision to your technicians. The model is built on transparency and collaboration, ensuring you have the tools and time to provide truly individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence & Assessment

  • Conduct comprehensive FBAs and a variety of skills-based assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, ABLLS-R).
  • Design and oversee individualized treatment plans focusing on both behavior reduction and robust skill acquisition.
  • Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure all interventions align with the BACB ethical code.

Supervision & Collaboration

  • Provide high-quality training, supervision, and performance feedback to behavior technicians.
  • Analyze real-time data to make informed treatment decisions and program updates.
  • Partner closely with families and schools, providing caregiver coaching that empowers the child’s entire support system.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Licensure: Must hold an active Maryland State License (LBA).
  • Education: Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in behavior analytic principles and the ability to interpret complex assessments (PEAK, VB-MAPP, etc.).
  • Requirements: Ability to pass federal and state background checks, current CPR/First Aid certification, and a reliable mode of transportation for travel up to 45 minutes.
