Reliatus Behavioral Health, a premier recruiting partner for leading ABA organizations, is seeking a compassionate and data-driven BCBA to join our client’s team in Houston, TX.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Predictable Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (No evenings or weekends).

- Productivity Support: A billable expectation of 32–35 hours/week, fully supported by dedicated scheduling and administrative processes.
Position Summary
As the BCBA at Building Greatness, you will lead center-based ABA services with a focus on fidelity and clinical integrity. You aren’t just overseeing cases; you are mentoring a team of RBTs and partnering closely with families to drive life-changing progress. This on-site role allows you to be a visible, impactful leader within the clinic every day.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Design & Data Analysis
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress using rigorous data-based decision-making and adjust programs to ensure optimal growth.
- Maintain timely, high-quality documentation that meets all payer, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Mentorship & Collaboration
- Supervise, train, and provide regular performance feedback to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
- Lead caregiver training sessions to ensure families are empowered and progress is generalized.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to care.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Licensure: Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) (or eligibility to obtain).
- Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ year of center-based experience is preferred; strong skills in assessment and team leadership are essential.
- Attributes: Excellent communication, organization, and a commitment to the BACB Ethics Code.
