Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated BCBA in the San Bernardino/Riverside Area (Inland Empire and Low Desert area).
Job Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct supervision and training to supervisors, behavior therapists (In-person/ telehealth) by modeling, supporting, and training on ABA strategies.
-
Indirect supervision updating clients report, updating behavior plans, progress goals, client schedules, etc.
-
Conduct initial assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and reassessments
-
Build relationships with families and provide parent training.
-
Create and implement behavior support plans and program skill goals.
-
Progress report writing.
-
Monitor and analyze daily data collection.
-
Attend monthly clinical meetings and on-going training.
-
Ensure all billable hours are being met, along with collecting parent signatures.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Bernardino, CA 92405
Requirements
-
Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required
-
Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required
-
A minimum of 6-months experience in the field of ABA providing supervision and training to ABA therapist.
-
Experience implementing and creating individualized program goals
-
Experience implementing and creating Behavior Plans
-
Must be willing to provide in-person support (in-home and school settings).
-
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
-
Ability to provide negative TB test results.
-
Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, in accordance with local laws/regulations.
-
Must have CPR (Adult/Child/Infant) & First Aid training & certification.
-
Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
