ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Create, implement, monitor, and modify behavior-analytic programming

  • Provide direct clinical services and protocol modification

  • Analyze client data and make data-informed treatment decisions

  • Train and provide ongoing support to RBTs, behavior technicians, and caregivers

  • Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families regarding treatment progress

  • Complete supervision, session documentation, reassessments, and authorization-related clinical reports

  • Collaborate with clinical leadership, school teams, and other professionals involved in the client’s care

  • Ensure services remain ethical, medically necessary, individualized, and consistent with payer and BACB requirements

  • Promote functional communication, independence, emotional safety, and socially meaningful outcomes

Requirements

  • Current BCBA or BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

  • Eligibility for or current licensure in South Carolina, as applicable

  • Master’s degree required for BCBA applicants

  • Bachelor’s degree and BCaBA certification required for BCaBA applicants

  • Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs

  • Strong clinical writing, data-analysis, communication, and leadership skills

  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, assent-based, and trauma-responsive care

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families, RBTs, leadership, and interdisciplinary professionals

  • Successful completion of all required background checks, credentialing, and payer-enrollment requirements
